To become an ambassador, you need to enroll in an AstralGuard program and express interest in representing the academy. Once approved, you will receive access to the ambassador dashboard where you can start participating in campaigns, referring students, and earning points.

Your main mission is to promote cybersecurity awareness and help grow AstralGuard Cyber Academy. This includes sharing posts, promoting workshops, running campaigns, mentoring other students, and referring new participants to our programs.

Points are earned through:

• Campaign participation: liking, commenting, sharing, or promoting AstralGuard initiatives.
• Referrals: each successful referral of a paying student earns 500 points. A referral counts only if the referred student completes payment.

A referral is successful only if the student you refer completes full payment for the program. Partial payments or non-payments do not count.

Each reward has a points threshold. When you reach the required points, you can request redemption through your dashboard. Some rewards, like cash withdrawals or premium swag, require manual verification before delivery.

Yes! Ambassadorship does not end after course completion. You can remain active, continue campaigns, mentor new ambassadors, and earn additional rewards.

Ambassadors can earn:

• Certificate of Active Participation (baseline recognition)
• Digital Badges
• Shoutouts / Features on social media
• Priority access to workshops or labs
• Premium swag and AstralGuard T-shirts
• Cash rewards (UGX, via successful referrals)

Additional rewards may be given at AstralGuard's discretion.

You must submit screenshots, links, or other acceptable evidence of your participation. Points may not be credited until proof is verified. Failure to submit proof may result in loss of points.

Points may take a few days to reflect due to manual verification of campaigns and referrals. Rest assured, all referrals are tracked accurately.

Yes. Points earned from successful referrals can be converted into cash once you reach 20,000 points. The exchange rate is 500 points = 5,000 UGX. Requests are processed through the dashboard after verification.

No. Rewards are designed to recognize your commitment and achievements, not to constitute employment or payment for services.

Points for campaigns or referrals without proof may not be credited or could be revoked. Always submit clear evidence according to campaign instructions.
