Ambassador Program Terms
Read and understand your rights and responsibilities
Welcome to the AstralGuard Cyber Academy Ambassadors Program ("Program"), operated by AstralGuard Cyber Academy ("AstralGuard," "we," "our," or "us"). By applying for or participating in the Program, you ("Ambassador," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions in full.
1. Eligibility
- To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country of residence.
- You must demonstrate a genuine interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to represent AstralGuard in a professional capacity.
- AstralGuard reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
2. Program Participation
- Ambassadors are expected to represent AstralGuard in a professional, ethical, and responsible manner at all times.
- Participation may include, but is not limited to:
- Promoting AstralGuard programs, courses, and events on digital platforms
- Hosting or participating in cybersecurity-related community initiatives
- Engaging with the AstralGuard community both online and offline
- Ambassadors agree to follow all guidelines, instructions, and policies provided by AstralGuard throughout their participation.
3. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by AstralGuard remain the exclusive property of AstralGuard Cyber Academy.
- Ambassadors may only use Program materials for purposes expressly authorised in relation to the Program.
- Any misuse of intellectual property may result in immediate termination of participation and potential legal action.
4. Confidentiality
- Ambassadors may gain access to confidential information, including unreleased content, internal procedures, or promotional strategies.
- You agree not to share or disclose any confidential information without prior written consent from AstralGuard.
- Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the Program and potential legal consequences.
5. Code of Conduct
- Ambassadors must act ethically, respectfully, and professionally at all times while representing AstralGuard.
- Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of illegal activity will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- Ambassadors are personally responsible for any content they post or share while identifying themselves as AstralGuard representatives.
6. Termination
- AstralGuard may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any section of these Terms
- Misrepresentation of credentials or misconduct
- Failure to meet Program activity or quality requirements
- Upon termination, all access to Program resources, materials, and benefits must cease immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
- AstralGuard is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
- Participation is entirely at your own risk, including any activities conducted outside official AstralGuard channels or platforms.
8. Modifications
- AstralGuard reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice.
- Updated Terms will be published on the Program website. Continued participation following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
- Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to and resolved in the competent courts of Uganda.
